Insures all dailly and periodic tasks are completed as scheduled and according to specified quality standards.
Monitors the use of supplies and equipment.
Policing outside grounds.
Dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping hard floors.
Empty trash containers and replace dirty or torn trash bags.
Vacuum carpets.
Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures.
Fill restroom dispensers supply (soap, towels, etc.)
Dust and clean alls.
Dust horizontal surfaces- tables, chairs, etc.
Wash windows.
Clean elevators and stairwells.
Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities in need of repair.
Maintain clean equipment at all times.
Perform other tasks as required, to include snow removal.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be flexible as to hours of employment, to include early morning or late at night. Must be able to work holidays and weekends when required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
