Our specialties, however not limited to include residential and commercial demo, land clearing and grading, excavation, concrete masonry, hardscapes, also pool installations and renovations.
Key Responsibilities Maintain the highest level of Safety and adherence to all Safety Policies and Procedures.
Must know how to operate hand tools Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment Receive and follow direction from Foreman Work independently when needed Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans, and specifications Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities Job Requirements Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Work involves exposure to outside weather conditions.
Must be 18 years in age or older Valid Driver's License and own transportation (REQUIRED) CDL is welcome but not required Strong work ethic Must be able to exert heavy physical effort and handle average weight objects up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and kneel for long periods of time Basic knowledge and experience in construction and machine operation Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Hourly pay based on experience with room for advancement and growth within the company.
