Commonwealth Law Enforcement Services is NOW HIRING both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME Unarmed / Armed Security Officers (Community Officers) in Newport News / Hampton VA / Portsmouth VA who are ready to start right away.
Evening / Weekend shifts are available at all locations and all new hires must be willing to obtain their DCJS Armed Certification within 60 days of their hire date.
Agency offers PAID TRAINING! The pay for this position starts higher than market average with opportunities to earn more on specific posts, on holidays, and through occasional overtime.

For this unarmed / armed position you must be willing to completed the DCJS registered armed security officer program within 60 days of employment.
After probationary period, with training agreement company will provide duty gear and weapon for use on the job (if needed).
Patrolling private communities (HOAs & Apartment Communities) to provide security presence during the EVENING / EARLY MORNING hours.
Detecting suspicious activity and threats to property or people Watching for criminal activity and responding based on your training from Commonwealth Law Enforcement Services.
Daily reporting of all incidents, accidents or medical emergencies.
