36 Hour Work Week- We close early on Fridays! General Summary of Duties:
Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care and procedures.
Triage phone calls.
Schedule and authorize surgeries.
Clerical, OSHA and organizational tasks.
Responsible for timely patient flow throughout physician encounter.
Conveys a positive image of the practice.
Summary of Skills Needed:
Skill in screening and directing patients in a pleasant and expeditious manner.
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
Skill in customer service by pleasantly dealing with all patients and effectively serving as a practice liaison.
The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and initiative in problem-solving.
Ability to maintain effective and organized systems in ensuring timely patient flow in and out of examination rooms.
