Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality standards are met Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships Oversee inventory and supply inventory to other locations Ensure compliance with all local, state, and local food safety regulations Manage staff in compliance with company policies and procedures Ensure all food served is heated correctly and in a timely manner Ensure all dishes are prepared properly according to recipes Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and properly maintained Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and train team members Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks Benefits Competitive Salary
