00pm (Mon-Fri) Position Summary The Corporate Support Administrator (CSA) plays a clerical and administrative support role in various functional areas, including line operations, human resource management, finance, social media presence, and corporate services.
The CSA provides administrative support for the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the organization.
The CSA must have strong organizational, communication, and administrative support skills.
The CSA may be identified as an Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO) and therefore, the ability to obtain a Top-Secret (TS) clearance is required.
This is primarily an in-person position.
Duties:
Keep track of important documentation and help to physically/electronically maintain the files to include Corporate Vendor Agreements/leases/etc.
Draft, edit and proof-read documents and communications.
Creates reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.
Research and compile information on various subjects and present reports of their findings.
Assist other managers when needed on a case-by-case basis with projects.
Organize travel arrangements - both international and domestic and assist in completing travel expense reports for Corporate Officers and other personnel on various contracts.
Join all scheduled meetings, both virtual and in-person.
Act as meeting note-keeper, write extremely accurate meeting minutes and distribute to all related parties at the conclusion of the meeting.
Administer inventory control and purchasing of office supplies.
Assist with Human Resource functions, data processing in various databases.
Ability to answer phones in a professional manner, providing answers when possible, transferring calls and taking messages when needed.
Review and verify/track accounts payable invoices and provide to Accounting for processing.
Ensure compliance of contract requirements and deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Associates degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred) Proficient in oral and written communication (e.
g.
writing reports, e-mail correspondence, oral presentations, compilation of data, data manipulation.
Ability to maintain composure during emergency or stressful situations.
Ability to work as a Team as well as independently.
Ability to determine the appropriate course of action in more complex situations.
Ability to maintain appropriately private and confidential information.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to conduct responsibilities in timely and professional manner without direct supervision.
Ability to work within defined time requirements and ensure that deadlines are met.

Ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness when executing tasks.
If identified as an alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security Clearance and/ or level of clearance that is suitable for the position held.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
