Resource Advisor (RA) Support (A3T)

Overview:
Headquarters, Air Combat Command (ACC), Directorate of Operations (A3), Flight Operations Division (A3T) at Langley Air Force Base, VA is responsible for the combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
ACC/A3T provides the operational expertise required to meet current and future needs of the CAF by developing, coordinating, and publishing command guidance for all aspects of CAF fighter aircrew training.

Summary:
Performs resource management functions to effectively plan, program, budget, and execute all DOD appropriations in support of the Flight Operations Division (A3T).
Education and
Experience:
oAssociate degree or accounting/finance program certificationo2 years of USAF financial budgeting or RA experience at the Wing level or higherEssential Duties:
oPerform a variety of resource advisor and financial management functions to include program management reviews and assessments of programs, completion of budgetary forms in DEAMS and other financial programs.
oProvide complex substantive resource management support services in the areas of program analysis, annual/multi-year/long range programs whose requirements are interrelated and unstable.
oProvide complex substantive resource management support services in the areas of program analysis, annual/multi-year/long range programs whose requirements are interrelated and unstable.
oAt the division level, provide financial advisory services for A3T and its branches as identified by the division chief.
oConduct financial management and resource advisor training for branch PM.
Represents the division in process teams and working groups in support of program requirements.
Works other related division projects as required.
oAssess problem areas within the resource advisor area of responsibility and recommends timely financial requirement changes in order to provide a quality product.
Independently changes work priorities.
oIdentify and analyze financial problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate corrective recommendations.
oPerform other similar duties.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
o1 year experience preparing and delivering oral and written briefings to Wing or higher level senior leaders (0-6 and above) and briefing in group settingso1 year of experience with financial systems:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
