We are seeking an experienced Food Service Director to oversee all dining operations near beautiful and historic locations in Hampton, VA.
This Director will work closely with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and represent the company with professionalism.

$105,000-$115,00 (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities and
Qualifications:
Corporate Dining, Higher Education, Hospitals or Military Campus experience required Strong background in Culinary Operations and BOH Management Lead associates to deliver exceptional hospitality and respect for customers/clients Ensure adherence to all provisions in client contracts Identify and recommend new sales opportunities and revenue streams Collaborate with District Manager on client communications and retention Promote and maximize the company brand and resources Create business plans and budgets for the unit with the District Manager Develop financial forecasts and allocate resources appropriately Control expenses and maintain budget This is a chance to showcase your skills in a rewarding Food Service Director role where you will make a difference in customer and client relations.
