The duties for the position include:
Answering Phones Scheduling customers with our Housecall Pro system.
Assist in managing/scheduling in-progress customer projects.
Assist in inter-office communication (sales, production, and office) Process credit card payments Working in a team environment with a great attitude.
Scheduling, Production Scheduling in the home service industry is a plus.
This list is not all encompassing and other duties may be assigned.
Must have typing experience and be comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment when necessary.
