Learn our business and how to prioritize customer calls Learn and confidently utilize the Field Edge dispatching software Deliver an amazing customer experience by delivering detailed and accurate information to technicians in the field, supervisors and inventory manager Accurately review service work orders Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional and individual Skills & Experience At least 2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching MUST maintain reliable transportation to and from work Able to pass criminal background check and drug screening Experience with Field Edge Software - a PLUS!! The dispatcher must be someone who is:
Conscientious and thoughtful High stress tolerance -answering phone while performing 2-3 other tasks Positive attitude Detail oriented and organized Ethical - we take care of our employees and customers and expect you to as well On Time Benefits $15-$22 per hour based on experience Guaranteed 40 hours per week 100% Employer paid medical insurance (health, dental, vision, life) post 90 days employment 401 K Plan Paid time off, Paid holidays We are a Nexstar Network Member - includes dispatcher training and coaches A family.
