Job Description:
Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest every time.
Make a genuine connection with guests by engaging in friendly conversation throughout each transaction; asking open ended questions about the guest's shopping experience and using those questions to assess, understand, and determine how to tailor your approach.
Maintain a clean, clutter free work area (including gathering abandoned items, trash, loose papers, food, etc.
) Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.
Base Compensation is $12 hr, along with a 25% employee discount (on most items) Maintain the cleanliness standard of the store.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS What we are looking for in a Sales Associate:
Those who have knowledge and experience with our industry products; such as CBD, Delta-8,9,10, Vapes, Disposables, Glass, Pipes, etc.
Must be over 21 years of age or older at time of application.
A motivated self-starter who has discipline and a genuine passion/interest in the smoke and vape industry.
A reliable individual who can work with integrity A friendly face who can demonstrate our outstanding customer service Must be able to lift up to, but not limited to, 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours at a time.
Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to work multiple locations (based on company needs) Must be in good physical shape for any bending, twisting, reaching, or any other physical tasks that may be required.
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Full-Time and/or Part-Time SHIFT Opening Shift 8:
45am-2pm, Closing shift 2pm-8pm, or Open to Close 8:
45am-8pm.
