Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSA):
Bachelor's Degree
Personal Experience/ accomplished managerial work within the past 5 years in advising, assigning, organizing, or supervising subordinate personnel
- MAJCOM or Unit Program Office for CAF, MAF, & AFSPC Organizations - (multiple positions)
Provide direct support to a Wing Advanced Programs Manager, assisting in executing ACC A5/8ZN & ANG/CF guidance for development, bed down, and sustainment of air dominance Advanced Programs for the CAF, MAF, or AFSPC
Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSA):
CAF Organizations - (multiple positions)
Bachelor's degree
Previous rated pilot on F-15, F-16, F-22 with a minimum of 5 years' of Instructor Pilot experience
Wing/ Squadron level SAP experience is required
United States Air Force Air War College (or equivalent) Master's Degree is highly desired
Graduate of USAF Weapons School is desired
MAF Organizations
Bachelor's degree
Previous rated pilot with minimum of 5 years' Instructor Pilot experience in an AMC assigned aircraft
Wing/Squadron level SAP experience is required
United States Air Force Air War College (or equivalent) Master's Degree highly desired
Graduate of USAF Weapons School desired.
AFSPC Organizations
Master's degree
Previous mission ready operator experience with minimum of 3 years' Instructor and/ or evaluator experience
Must possess current TS-SCI/SSBI clearance
SAP knowledge of space control and/ or relevant space control experience required
SDE (i.e. Air War College) completion highly desired
Graduated Sq/CC or graduated USAF Weapons School desired
- Program Security at MAJCOM, Wing, Unit, or Activity Security - (multiple positions)
Provide classification, management, and guidance to subordinate units for DoD special access programs to include information security, physical security, personnel security, operations security and information technology security
Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSA):
MAJCOM
Minimum of 10 years' experience in DoD security management
Must possess TS/SSBI clearance within the past 5 years
Knowledge or experience in security administration, personnel security, program security, clearance adjudication, and database entry
Wing or Unit
Minimum of 7 years' experience in DoD security management
Plus KSAs listed under MAJCOM
Activity Security
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Department of Defense security management or Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management
Plus KSAs listed under MAJCOM
- Personnel Security - (multiple positions)
Maintain and track all personnel security actions
Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSA):
Minimum of 2 years' experience in DoD personnel security management, or Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management
Must possess TS/SSBI within the past 5 years
Must meet and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and SCI eligibility criteria
Knowledge or experience in security administration or clearance adjudication
- Security Training
Develop training course outline and objectives
Conduct training classes, using web hosted training solutions
Schedule monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual training
