Position Title:
Intelligence Strategic Development Analyst

Duties:
Assist in development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS) that support improvement of operational relationships and integration of ISR capabilities in support of Air Component Commanders.
Review Allied and Joint Publications, Air Force Instructions (AFIs), Air Combat Command (ACC) supplements, tactics, techniques and procedures, theater intelligence reporting directives, operations plans, enabling concepts and other documents for potential intelligence policy implications.
Assist in developing long-term strategies for AF ISR elements in support of the Combat Air Forces worldwide.
Develop and maintain MAJCOM-specific inspection requirements where no Headquarters Air Force requirements exist and load self-assessment checklists into the Management Internal Control Toolset.
Draft, coordinate, and revise Air Force and ACC 14-XX series instructions. Process guidance and policy-related questions, AFI change and waiver requests from field units.
Produce and make comprehensive but targeted reports/presentations that summarize findings and recommendations in order to inform senior leadership decision-making.
Possess knowledge and understanding of AF and command level policies, processes and procedures related to Force presentation processes for PED, Targeting and Analysis through Component Numbered Air Forces and/or Air Component Commander.
Be knowledgeable of analytical and procedural techniques sufficient to formulate and define actions required to support development of intelligence capabilities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA) for Intelligence Strategic Development Analyst: The contractor shall:
Have a Bachelor's degree in area of expertise (e.g. Intelligence Analysis, International Studies) OR Eight (8) years' experience in an intelligence-related discipline.
Have minimum of five (5) years' experience with development of operational, strategic and tactical level ISR programs at a wing, Numbered Air Force (NAF) or MAJCOM.
Possess knowledge and understanding of AF ISR policies, processes and procedures related to Combat Air Force (CAF) operations.
Be able to identify, recommend, and validate long-term actions and programs as they relate to development of Intelligence-related capabilities.
Be knowledgeable of analytical and procedural techniques sufficient to formulate and define actions required to support strategic ISR development.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
