Position Title Employee Experience Manager II
Position Summary Identifies drivers and recommends strategies and initiatives to improve the culture and the employee experience, and therefore improve the customer experience. Creates and monitors progress against HR strategy and scorecard. Designs and administers proactive programs, policies, procedures and processes related to employee experience activities. Compiles and analyzes statistical reports and information key to aligning the HR strategy. Provides guidance to HR Leadership and management to improve the employee experience. Compiles and analyzes complex comprehensive metrics and statistical analysis for the enterprise. Designs, organizes and analyzes survey, focus group and other primary research instruments. Impacts the employee experience by influencing decision making at the leadership level.

Successful HR EE Managers are solution oriented and partner with their clients to achieve performance objectives. They will work cross functionally with HR colleagues and business partners to launch projects that drive business results while creating a positive employee experience. This position is located in our Hampton, VA call center and is an integral member of that leadership team.This consultative HR professional will:
Work closely with leaders and teams to consistently find ways to enhance the working experience of Sprint employees, improve morale and increase engagement
Recommend and help drive strategies to impact the quality of managers and their performance
Implement creative employee focused solutions while leading change management
Reinforce change management principles and recommend methodologies and tools to strengthen adoption of those principles
Partner with management to increase performance and productivity using metrics, trends and data analysis to assess gaps and recommend process improvements
Provide consultation and risk assessment to the leadership team on complex employment related issues
Review, investigate and respond to internal and external charges/complaints and consult on appropriate resolution
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
Two years human resources work experience, including driving new cultures, policies and processes
Two years experience with metrics, trending, workforce measurement analysis, and policy benchmarking
Two years project management experience or related process management
Preferred Qualifications
Five years of HR experience, specifically within a call center environment
Two years experience with human resources programs and processes, federal and state employment laws, and EEO/affirmative action and compliance.
A consultative approach to HR leadership
Human Resources certifications desired; i.e., PHR or SPHR.
Experience with the Human Performance Technology systematic approach.
Experience with Change Management principles and tools
Working experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Business Objects reporting system experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
