Job Description:
The Member Specialist is responsible to the Regional Manager for identifying and discussing the financial needs of new and existing members. Explores and defines opportunities for Credit Union products/services to meet current and future needs of existing and new members. Responsibilities include assisting members with opening new accounts, processing loan requests, and cross-selling credit union products and services. Additionally, performs functions of the Teller position.
Qualifications include an Associates degree or equivalent experience, and approximately 2-3 years as a Member Specialist or equivalent position. Ability to successfully sell Chartway products and services to achieve organizational, and team goals. Ability to travel and work at different retail sales offices and relate to different teams with ease.
