Requirements Analyst
Key Role:
Participate in the identification, analysis, evaluation, and reporting of weapon system requirements to close capability gaps. Conduct research to identify the overarching and project specific DoD, JCS, and Air Force guidance documents governing the analysis. Participate in stakeholder analyses and attend and participate in working level meetings to quantify and refine military requirements. Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate and publish them. Assist with building project work breakdown structures and Program of Actions and Milestones to establish the project workplan to control scope and schedule. Write sections of draft and final reports and provide technical editing support to reports and briefings. Assist with adjudicating comments in the comment resolution phase of the document's construction and perform other in scope functions specific to the government to complete the construction of multiple JCIDS documents.
Basic
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in the ACC A5/8 staff with a focus on the creation of military requirements documents
Knowledge of the Air Force Major Command staffing process and the Joint Requirements Documentation Process
Ability to work under minimal supervision to plan and produce complex requirements documents
Ability to write technically complex Microsoft Word documentation in a concise manner and quality the review of same
Ability to manipulate Microsoft PowerPoint to complete basic slides, including bullet and picture
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Completion of DAU courses RQM 110 and ACQ 101
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
